Sunbeams

Warming of the earth’s surface creates a buzzing of the air, which is musically interpreted

1986-1998   (33′)
Orchestral music

“Sunbeams” is the second composition of a trilogy for orchestra (Sunstructure (1982), Sun noise (in planning)). The picture of the sunbeams, which, for instance, in the case of a thunderstorm, break through clearly visible from under a cloud, caused me to write this tripartite composition (Sunheat, Clouds, Astral). Various musical styles like minimal music, pop music or sound-sheets composition are strictly separated here, or used in an interwoven pattern.
Sunbeams (electronic version) (1987-1992)

Sunheat (the electronic version is called Sun Blaze)

Clouds (clouds)
2nd movement (6’29)
Clouds, clouds of sound, constantly changing formations, shifts, overlays, shapeless, ungraspable, sound.

Astral
3rd movement (19’29”)
Different musical styles, such as minimal music, pop music or sound surface composition are strictly separated or interwoven.
